"Sukesan Menbei Botamochi Flavor" is a recreation of Sukesan Udon's specialty, botamochi, made with menbei.
The sweetness of the bean paste, enhanced by the saltiness, makes it a flavor that is enjoyed by people of all ages and genders.
As the name Menbei suggests, it also contains mentaiko (spicy cod roe).
The more you chew it, the more you can taste the botamochi flavor, making it a must-try dish for Suisan Udon fans.
