Refund Policy
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
(1) You can cancel your order within 12 hours of the order date and time. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our inquiry desk.
- We apologize for the inconvenience, but please return the product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
- If you would like a refund, we will transfer the amount you transferred to your designated account within 2-3 days after checking the product at our store.
(2) Cancellations after delivery will only be accepted if the shipped product is defective or different from the ordered product (only if you contact us within 4 days of receiving the product). Generally, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience, so please choose carefully when placing your order.
(3) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for the following products:
- Opened and used products
- Products that have been delivered more than 4 days ago
- Products that have become scratched or stained by the customer
- Products without packaging (bags/cases)
- Products that have been specially processed for customers, such as custom-made products and products with names
- Any other products that are clearly stated on the product introduction page as not being returnable (please contact our customer service for details)
(4) If the product has an obvious defect or is the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. If you are not satisfied with the product or if you wish to return or exchange the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
