About purchasing products

Where can I check my online order?

Members: You can check your purchase history from your My Page.
For non-members: Please check the order completion email that will be automatically sent to the email address you registered or entered at the time of purchase.
*Due to email filtering settings, you may not receive a purchase completion email even if your purchase has been completed.

Can I change my order from the online shop?

Depending on the order details and payment method, we may not be able to make changes, so please contact us using the inquiry form.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, but if the product has not yet been shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Can I cancel, change or return an order after it has been shipped?

Once the product has been shipped, we will not allow cancellations or changes to your order due to customer reasons.

However, although we take every precaution when shipping products, if the product is damaged or dirty, or if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please note that we will handle product exchanges and returns via email.
(We apologize for the inconvenience, but please return the product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.)

If you would like a refund, we will transfer the amount you transferred to your designated account within 2-3 days after checking the product at our store.
If you have any inquiries about the delivery status of your package after it has been shipped or would like to change the delivery date and time, please check the tracking number listed in the [Shipping Completion Notification] email sent to you on the day of shipment and contact Yamato Transport directly.

If I order online now, when will it arrive?

After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the store's inventory.
(If paying by convenience store or bank transfer, your order will be shipped the next business day after payment is confirmed.)

(If we are unable to deliver your order in time due to stock availability, we will contact you.)

Do you ship overseas?

We do not ship overseas. Delivery is limited to domestic addresses.

What should I do if I am absent for a long time and the item is returned to the seller?

In the unlikely event that the product cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will send it back to you with the shipping charges paid by you when we redeliver it. Please be aware of this in advance.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Please contact customer support immediately after placing your order. We will accommodate changes prior to shipping. If the item has already been shipped, we will redeliver it to the correct address after it has been returned to us. In this case, additional shipping charges will be incurred at the customer's expense (cash on delivery). Please be careful when entering your address and be sure to check it before placing your order.

I forgot my online shop password

Please go to the "Login" screen in the upper right corner of the screen, enter the necessary information on the "Forgot your password?" page below the login form, and press the "Submit" button.

A URL for a temporary password confirmation page will be sent to your registered email address. Please access the URL in the email and log in within 24 hours.

Can I purchase without registering an account (guest purchase)?

You can order as a guest without registering an account. Registering an account will make future orders easier, save your personal and shipping information, and allow you to view your order history.

Does the price include sales tax?

All product prices include tax.
