◼︎About redelivery If the product cannot be delivered due to your absence, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence. If you would like to have your parcel redelivered, please request it using the method indicated on the delivery notice. Please note that in the unlikely event that the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will resend it to you, but you will be charged the shipping fee to be paid by the customer.
