The combination of Menbei's signature "seafood umami of squid and mentaiko" and the "taste of broth, umami of meat, and flavor of burdock" of Niku Gobo Ten Udon is excellent.
The more you chew, the more you can taste the flavor of the meat and burdock tempura udon, making this a must-try dish for Suisan Udon fans.
Please try this first-ever collaboration between Kitakyushu soul food and a classic Fukuoka souvenir: Menbei.
