Suesan udon originated in Kitakyushu.

The delicious "Motsunabe" (offal hotpot) is made with only the fatty tetchan (fatty part of beef offal) and seasoned with Sukesan's special udon soup. For the final dish, try Sukesan's signature chewy udon noodles.
Motsunabe Point 1
Luxuriously seasoned only with "Tetchan", the fatty part of beef offal. Made using 100% beef Tetchan, the fatty part of offal, and finished with Yoshisan's special seasoning.

A pot made with Sukesan's special udon soup. This udon soup was perfected after many years of research and evolution by the founder of Sukesan.
