This is mentaiko grown in Itoshima, carefully marinated in a mustard sauce made with only the freshest eggs, with a focus on the crunchy texture, Shiraito Sake Brewery's "Hojun" sake, which is pressed using a Haneki press, and Kanoo Soy Sauce's honjozo soy sauce, "Sumire."
This is a great value spicy mentaiko packed with eggs whose skins have been torn off during the egg collection or manufacturing process.
