Hakata Jidori , a local chicken from Fukuoka, is characterized by its chewy texture that is unique to local chicken, and the umami that increases the more you chew it, as well as its fine-grained meat that is crisp and easy to bite into.

All ingredients, including shiitake mushrooms, konjac, carrots, burdock, and fried tofu, are domestically produced. The seasoning is a unique blend of three types of soy sauce, which was created through repeated trial and error. The slightly rich and sweet flavor is unique to Kitakyushu, and has a nostalgic, comforting flavor.

Since it is a mix-in type, you can enjoy it by simply mixing it with freshly cooked rice. Enjoy the taste that Yokarou has carefully preserved for 60 years in the comfort of your own home.
