About returns and exchanges

We will respond to product exchanges and returns via email.
*We ask that you kindly send the item to our store.

■Regarding refunds: When we refund, we will deduct the payment fee from the amount refunded.
For all payment methods, the payment fee is 4.40% (10% consumption tax will be added separately).

If the product price is 5,000 yen:
・Payment fee:
5,000 yen x 4.40% = 220 yen Consumption tax on handling fees:
220 yen x 10% = 22 yen. Deductible amount:
220 yen + 22 yen = 242 yen. Refund amount: 5,000 yen - 242 yen = 4,758 yen.

■We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons: ・For customer reasons ・Products that have been delivered more than 4 days ago ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

■If you cannot return the product: ・If it is for your own reasons ・If you contact us more than 4 days after receiving the product ・If you do not return the product

*In the event of a defective product or incorrect delivery, we will cover the shipping and handling fees for returns.

*Specifying delivery time may not be possible for some areas and some products.
*As a general rule, shipping fees for normal room temperature products and refrigerated products are separate. If they can be shipped together, shipping fees will be charged for one item.
*Delivery time is 1-2 days after shipping (excluding some remote islands).

◼︎Shipping fee: 1,600 yen nationwide
In addition, refrigerated delivery will incur an additional 440 yen.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the region and number of items. Shipping is not available overseas.

◼︎About redelivery
If the product cannot be delivered due to your absence, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence.
If you would like to have your parcel redelivered, please request it using the method indicated on the delivery notice.
Please note that in the unlikely event that the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will resend it to you, but you will be charged the shipping fee to be paid by the customer.

◼︎Confirming your address entry
When ordering, please enter your delivery address accurately.
If the address is incorrect, not only will the product not be delivered correctly, but after the product is returned to our store, additional shipping charges (cash on delivery) will be incurred when redelivering it to the correct address.
In this case, the additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer, so please be sure to check your address information before confirming your order.
