Usage Guide
1. Product Selection
To add an item to your shopping cart, click the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page.
You can add or remove items from your cart at any time. You can change the quantity of items you want to purchase on the cart page.
Example: Select the "Traveler's Original Products" category and select "Oita Canned Snack Seki Mackerel Miso Stew 1,296 yen (tax included)."
①Enter the quantity.
②Click the [Add to Cart] button.
2. Check the items in your shopping cart
Click the [Shopping Cart] button on the page to go to the shopping cart page. Check the items and quantities you wish to purchase.
If you want to change the quantity, change the number of items you want to purchase and click the [Change] button. After confirming, click the [Proceed to checkout] button.
Click the shopping cart button.
⑤ Check the purchase details (product name, quantity, price) and if there are no errors, click the [Proceed to checkout] button.
There are three "Proceed to checkout" buttons, so please select the button you prefer.
A: You can purchase after registering as a member.
B: You can purchase without registering as a member.
C: Members can log in to make purchases.
3. Enter the required information
Enter the client's information. [Required] indicates required fields.
⑥Enter your name, address, etc.
4. Select your delivery address
After entering the required information, select the delivery address at the bottom of the screen. Please see the details for each item for more information.
A: [Send to the purchaser's address] We will deliver to the same address as the requester, such as your home or office.
B: [Send to another address] Gifts etc. will be delivered to one person.
C: [Send to multiple addresses] Deliver to multiple destinations.
*You can make a smooth purchase by first registering as a member and registering your delivery address in your address book from your My Page.
*If you select "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method, you will not be able to select "Send to multiple addresses."
5.Select your payment method
Payment methods include cash on delivery, bank transfer (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation or Japan Post Bank), credit card payment, convenience store (with number terminal), bank ATM or online banking payment, Rakuten Pay, PayPay, and AmazonPay. For more information, please see "Payment Methods."
⑦Payment method Select "Credit card payment" and enter your card information.
⑧Click 'Next'.
6. Specify the desired delivery date, etc.
The delivery address entry field is blank, so please enter the name, address, and other information of the recipient you wish to send to. [Required] indicates required fields.
Please enter your desired delivery date and time, packaging, gift tag, gift bag, and purpose of purchase.
・Select the desired delivery date.
If you have any requests regarding packaging, please enter them here.
・If you have any requests regarding the gift tag, please enter them here. (If you would like your name engraved, please enter the details in the "Comments" section.)
・Please enter any requests you have regarding the shipping bags.
・If you are purchasing alcohol, please click the age verification button.
・Please select the purpose of the product you purchased.
If you have any other requests, please enter them in the "Communication" section.
Once you have entered all the information, click "Next."
7. Confirm your order details
A list of order information will be displayed. Check that there are no errors in the process up to this point and click the [Place order with this content] button.
The ordering process is now complete.
If you wish to use points, please enter the number of points you wish to use.
⑭ Check the "Order Confirmation" information, "Shipping Address" information, and "Purchase Total".
⑮Check the information you entered and click the [Order with these details] button.
